I have examined the kitten prior to sale and I am satisfied with the condition and health at the time of sale.
I understand that this kitten is not to be used for breeding and is registered on the Non-Active list.
By signing this agreement I am under contract to have the kitten Neutered/Spayed by 6 months of age and on confirmation of this by either reciept or letter from my vet to the breeder my kittens registration papers will be forwarded to me.
If I decide to rehome the kitten I agree to offer it to the Breeder first.
I agree to take good care of the kitten and will ensure it receives any treatment that may be necessary to keep it in good health.
